Musings from Life as a Spiritual Bohemian

My walks around Chellberg Farms and Coffee Creek Watershed provided subjects in the form of pigs, chickens, little orange bugs, butterflies, other butterflies, blossoms and bees and more that I haven't processed yet.

The shots aren't as sharp as they should be but it was still nice to wander with camera in hand; it had been too long since I had done that.

The photo walkabout fit nicely into a weekend filled with productivity and projects (including assembling two pieces of furniture that had been sitting in boxes since about April), reorganizing the kitchen, local food shopping, cooking tomatoes down into sauce for the freezer, cooking up local corn and cabbage to freeze for cabbage pie or pasties this winter, cleaning and filling bird feeders (migrants and fall/winter birds are visiting once more), grading and teaching prep, finishing Plenty ( I didn't like it nearly as much as Animal, Vegetable, Miracle) and other assorted chores inside and out.
